Our main mission is to ensure efficient traffic management in the Brussels-Capital Region, guaranteeing the safety of road users and optimizing traffic flows. Thanks to our expertise in centralized traffic management, control room organization, tunnel operation and crisis management, we work every day to provide safe mobility solutions tailored to the needs of our city. We have also developed a radio dispatching system to support the regional operations and transport police of Bruxelles Mobilité. Radio dispatching plays an important role in supporting field agents. Radio dispatchers are responsible for communication between field operatives and other stakeholders. They need to be able to communicate effectively, work under pressure and make quick decisions. They must also be familiar with different information retrieval software and emergency procedures.
