Job Description
- Review of contract documents, contract implementation of railway tunnels & structures and all related civil works.
- Preparation of monthly progress reports, payment certificates, variation orders and verification of contractor's invoices, claims, etc,
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring of works, as per FIDIC Conditions & IS codes of practices and familiar with Indian Contract Act and Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
- Preparation of rate analysis and variation orders for extra items and dealing with arbitration issues.
- Verification of claims for extra items and time extensions and familiar with FIDIC Conditions of Contracts, preparation of COPA and amendments
Requirements
- Graduate in Civil Engineering – regular study and preferably Master's in Civil Engineering or Project Management
- 10 years of post-qualification experience in contracts of major Road / Rail / Metro tunnel projects (mandatory).
- Out of above 10 years, 05 years with PMC Agency (preferable)
- Out of above 10 years, 05 years’ experience in tunnels by NATM method (mandatory)
- Well conversant with India Corporate Laws and contracts of Big Projects (should have completed minimum one project larger than 3.0 KM tunnel through NATM in last seven years.
