Functieomschrijving
- You will provide support to the legal manager in legal research and case analysis activities and in preparing and/or reviewing draft legal documents such as contracts, letters, corporate policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines, current regulations, and industry best practices;
- Durch Ihre Genauigkeit und Ihr Organisationstalent helfen Sie bei der Organisation und Pflege von juristischen Archiven und Datenbanken, um die Genauigkeit und den einfachen Zugang zu Informationen zu gewährleisten;
- With your proactivity and versatility you will provide support to the legal manager, handling correspondence, organizing documents, interacting with government offices and external correspondents.
Vereisten
- You have completed an undergraduate education in law (Master of Law);
- Prima esperienza di pratica in uno studio legale o come giurista d'azienda;
- Construction law, both Swiss and international, interests you or you have had some initial experience with it;
- You are able to use English at a professional level; additional knowledge of national languages and Spanish is a plus;
- Flexibility, willingness to learn, and an aptitude for problem solving are characteristics that set you apart.
