Description du poste
- Work closely with the Sustainability Manager and shape Lombardi Switzerland’s sustainability strategy and initiatives
- Contribute to corporate sustainability topics including Lombardi Group reporting, corporate carbon footprint assessment, certification alignment, workshops and internal awareness programs
- Support large-scale infrastructure and hydropower projects by integrating sustainability and carbon footprint assessments into engineering projects
- Collaborate directly with clients and project teams through workshops, trainings and sustainability advisory activities
- Opportunity to develop sustainability initiatives across both corporate operations and complex engineering projects
Exigences
- Native German speaker with fluent English. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
- Academic background in environmental or civil engineering, 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience with life-cycle assessment (LCA) of infrastructure projects and expertise in LCA methodology. Knowledge of civil engineering is a strong plus
- Independent, positive and communicative personality with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and lead workshops and trainings
- Engineering mindset and a strong interest in advancing sustainability in projects, thinking innovatively, and inspiring others
